Postdoctoral fellowship for researchers with experience on Organic Synthesis

The Centre of Excellence for Research in Sustainable Chemistry (CERSusChem), supported by FAPESP and GSK, offers a Postdoctoral fellowship for researchers with experience on Organic Synthesis, particularly, on homogeneous catalysis by transition metal complexes. The application of electrocatalysis on the synthesis of bioactive compounds will be considered an additional.
The vacancy is open to Brazilians and foreigners who will join the team of investigators of CERSusChem at the Department of Chemistry from Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). Candidates must have obtained their PhD degree within the last 7 (seven) years.

Fluency in English and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams are also mandatory.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationalities. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP's Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 7.174,80 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
