FAPESP, GlaxoSmithKline Brazil (GSK) and Biominas Brasil have signed a cooperation agreement to support innovative research on health science

FAPESP, GlaxoSmithKline Brazil (GSK) and Biominas Brasil have signed a cooperation agreement to support innovative research on health science. The partnership, under the FAPESP Program for Innovative Research in Small Businesses (PIPE), will support small and medium enterprises in the State of São Paulo, with research on respiratory diseases, immuno-inflammation, immuno-oncology and HIV. Through a call for proposal, 10 research projects could supported by FAPESP with the amount of up to R$ 200.000,00  to test the technical feasibility of projects for a period of nine months in phase 1 of the PIPE.
